childbirth course
This course ensures that you and your partner know everything that is involved in delivering a baby into the world. The course lasts 2.5 hours during which we work together with the childbirth process, any anxiety you may have, the choices available to you, and more. All aimed to ensure you enter into this experience with confidence so you can look back on it with positivity.
aftercare
For many the period following childbirth takes some getting used to. Baarbamama offers a service for those who want just that little bit of extra support. This package is intended to relieve you of some of the burden during the postpartum phase. Do you just want to talk to an adult, enjoy a nap knowing the baby is cared for, or prefer a nutritious meal to be prepared for you? Contact me so we can find out what you need.
